Use this year’s benefits before they reset

First visit $80 + GST, assessment and treatment included. Willow Park, Calgary.

Booking for 2026? Limited availability in late December.

If your health benefits run on the calendar year, what you haven’t used by December 31 doesn’t carry over. Starting in November leaves room for three or four visits before the holidays.

Before you book, check what your plan covers. Log into the benefits app or call the number on the back of your card and ask:

  1. Is osteopathic manual therapy covered under my plan?

  2. How much do I have left for this year?

  3. Do I need a doctor’s referral?

  4. When does my plan year end?

Many extended health plans in Alberta include osteopathic manual therapy, but every plan is different, so it’s worth the five-minute call. After each visit you’ll get a receipt with your practitioner’s OSTCAN membership number to submit with your claim.

What your first visit may look like:

  • We start with your health history and goals

  • We assess how you move and begin hands-on treatment the same day

  • We talk through what we found before you leave

Meet the Practitioners:

Founder. Joe spent over a decade helping people recover as a Rehabilitation Assistant before osteopathy changed how he sees the body.

Adriel came to osteopathy from kinesiology at the University of Calgary, and he likes working out how the whole body is contributing to a problem.

Before osteopathy, Josée worked with showjumping horses and Olympic-level riders, which taught her how much depends on how a body moves.
